Flat-fee Services Offered for North Carolina Incorporation

Charlotte, NC (October 25, 2007) - The Bray Law Firm has announced new, flat-fee rates for its North Carolina incorporation services.  Beginning on November 1, clients will be able to engage the firm's services for $875.00 to form either a corporation or a limited liability company.

This fee will include the following for North Carolina corporations: (i) Intake Meeting (ii) Articles of Incorporation; (iii) Bylaws; (iv) Organizational Meeting and Minutes; (v) Corporate Seal; (vi) Share Certificates; (vii) Corporate Book; (vii) Organizational Meeting; (viii) S-Corporation Election (where applicable, for Subsection S Corporations); and (ix) all fees, including the $125.00 filing fee for the Secretary of State.

For North Carolina limited liability companies, this fee will include: (i) Intake Meeting; (ii) Articles of Organization; (iii) Operating Agreement; (iv) Organizational Meeting and Minutes; (v) Corporate Seal; (vi) Corporate Book; (vii) Organizational Meeting; and and (ix) all fees, including the $125.00 filing fee for the Secretary of State.
