Braun Racing
A client since 2004, Braun Racing competes in all levels of NASCAR. The Bray Law Firm handles all aspects of this race team’s legal needs, from the negotiation of sponsorship and driver contracts to protection of its intellectual property. The Bray Law Firm also represents many other clients in the area of motorsports, including race teams, drivers and crew chiefs. With a primary emphasis on NASCAR, our experience also includes work in ARCA, Champ Car and other national and regional racing circuits.
MoRisen Records
A client since 2002, MoRisen Records has quickly become the preeminent record label in the Carolinas, releasing critically acclaimed records by artists including the Sammies, Elevator Action and Alternative Champs. The Bray Law Firm has worked with MoRisen Records since its organization, and has assisted it in the development of successful publishing and management spin-offs. The Bray Law Firm also works with other record labels, artists and production companies (among others) throughout the Carolinas.
WHHI-TV
WHHI-TV in Hilton Head, South Carolina is a representative corporate client of The Bray Law Firm. Acquired by Byrne Acquisition Group in a transaction handled by The Bray Law Firm, WHHI-TV is a growing media player in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Other corporate clients include companies as diverse in nature as Ready Solutions, Zobo, Anglers Channel, Intercerve, Extreme Ice Center and Fun City Pools.
Cackalacky Film Festival
With the assistance of The Bray Law Firm, the Cackalacky Film Festival launched its inaugural film festival in October of 2006. As a major sponsor of the event as well as its outside legal counsel, The Bray Law Firm has worked with Cackalacky since its organization in all aspects of its unique contribution to the Charlotte community and the entire region.
